About our courses

Our astronomy and astrophysics courses at the Royal Observatory Greenwich are suitable for a range of individuals and experience. They include short beginner courses, one and two-year courses for those keen to pursue astrophysics in more detail, and further learning in a variety of topics related to astronomy.

Students get to study in a unique environment supported by a range of equally unique resources, including expert tutors, a state-of-the-art digital planetarium, and the country’s largest lensed telescope.

Everyone taking a course at the Royal Observatory is entitled to a 10% discount for books purchased from Royal Museums Greenwich - please check with your course tutor for more details!
